Internal Sales Executive

Sales Executive job description:
- First point of contact for all enquiries including phone calls, faxes and emails. These queries can include quotes, queries, technical questions and orders.
- Delivery of the highest level of customer service with all encounters. This includes visitors, suppliers, customers and colleagues.
- Develop a firm understanding of the products as well as the industries they are used in.
- To be able to take and raise purchase orders, investigate and action queries, organise quotes and samples and take care of any other queries that may come up.
- To achieve combined regional sales targets on a monthly/quarterly basis.
As a Sales Executive you will have the following benefits:
- 40 hours per week (Mon-Fri 8.30am to 5.15pm)
- Commission
- 22 days holidays and 8 bank holidays
- Free Car parking
To be successful as a Sales Executive you will need:
- Good knowledge of office operating system such as Excel
- Strong relationship management skills
- Ability to present information whilst being positive and having a can do attitude.
Would be advantages to have previous experience within a Sales/Account Management, however if you have the right qualities get in touch.
