Remuneration: £30,000 - £35,000 + company related bonus

The role of the Estimator – Ventilation Systems will involve:

• Technical Estimator position dealing with a comprehensive range of manufactured ventilation systems for example, ventilation units and heat recovery systems, heat recovery units, air curtain units, air handling units, smoke extraction fans, hand dyers
• Liaising with sales team and clients to gain an understanding of requirements and projects
• Producing full quotations for numerous projects
• Assisting internal stakeholders and clients with any technical queries
• Work closely with sales team to maximise sale conversion rates
• Prioritise workload to ensure that deadline are met
• Typical project value range of between £10k - £200k
• Management and upkeep of the company CRM system

The ideal applicant will be Estimator – Ventilation Systems with:

• Must have a estimating experience within the ventilation market sector
• Ideally will have experience working with Air Handling Units, Extract Fans, In-line Duct Fans, Heat Recovery Units, Cabinet Fans, Mounted Fans, Axial Flow, Atex Fans, Air Curtains
• Must possess a good technical understanding of HVAC industry and building regulations
• Must be familiar with selection tools
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• High levels of organisation and attention to detail
• Keen learner
• IT literate, motivated and hungry to succeed
• Self-starter and able to work autonomously
