Avanti Recruitment have partnered with a leading provider of cutting-edge, innovative SATCOM devices and we're looking for a Physical Design Engineer to join their growing team in the Guildford area.
You’ll be joining their dynamic & multidisciplinary team, working on integrating 3rd party IP and custom designs, liaising with their RTL team to develop timing constraints at block and chip level. The company put big emphasis on career development and will work with you to achieve this.
What we're looking for:
- Experience covering the Physical Design flow including: Synthesis, Floorplanning, P&R, CTS and STA
- Hands-on experience with at least one of Python, Perl or Tcl
- A background with process technologies 28nm or below
There's a strong benefits package on offer including salaries of up to £80,000 DOE, private healthcare and life insurance, 5% pension contribution (which you can raise to 7% after one year), as well as discretionary yearly bonus sitting at between 5-10%.
