Workshop Car Servicing and Repair Technician

Salary £15 to £16 per hour (38k to 40k Salary )

Permanent position Paid weekly.

Days- Full time- Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm (39 hour week)

Encouraged to start early at 7;30am (5 hours paid at time and a half  overtime)

Our Client has approx. 130 fleet vehicles VW cars BMW cars service /repair  . Providing services to all the fleet vehicles which means our workloads are diverse and rewarding.

Due to continued growth, we have excellent opportunities for the right Workshop Car Technician.

We are looking to recruit 2 x Workshop Car Technicians at our Rugby depot where you would be working within a busy, fast paced environment.

What a Workshop Commercial Technician will need…….

Experience and a proven track record of routine maintenance and repair of various fleet cars  

Qualified to a minimum of MVQ Level 3 or an equivalent qualification.

Experienced required for MOT preparation and preparation

Routine vehicle maintenance to DVSA standards.

Preparation and presentation of vehicles for annual MOT inspection.

Diagnosis of vehicles using computer based diagnostic equipment.

Good housekeeping routines to meet H&S requirements.

Ensure all paperwork is completed to a high standard.

To communicate effectively with management
