CNC MILLER - 3 / 4 / 5 AXIS MACHINING

Alecto Recruitment are now in working partnership with a well-established and highly regarded Precision Engineering company in the Luton area. Specialising in motorsport (F1), aerospace and medical precision engineering manufacturing components for UK and international customers.

SALARY:

• £18.00 to £20.00 per hour.
• DAYS ROLE - Monday to Thursday 07:45am - 16:15pm / Friday 07:45am - 15:15pm.
• 20 days holiday plus statutory bank holidays.
• Overtime available and paid at 1.5 times standard rate.

REQUIREMENTS:

• We are seeking and experienced CNC Miller with 3 / 4 / 5 axis machining capabilities to join the clients already established machining team.
• The ideal candidate will be seeking a career and growth position within the clients forever growing business.
• You would also have to be a very strong team player as well as a self-sufficient machinist.

THE ROLE:

• Ability to program, set and operate CNC Milling machinery. (Utilising HAAS machines using OneCNC).
• Ensuring consistent quality throughout the machining process.
• Ensuring delivery dates / internal milestones are met.
• Be efficient in reading and interpretating engineering / technical drawings.
• Extensive experience in CNC Turning is essential.
• Using CMM and self-inspecting hand tools would be desirable.
