Technical Services Manager

An experienced Technical Services Manager is required to join a successful engineering team. Based in Hertfordshire, the location is key for this role, of which there are two TSM's required in very close proximity.
A wealth of M&E experience is required, HV authorised is preferred but is not essential for these posts.
The ideal candidate will be able to manage and motivate teams of Engineers in a busy, high profile environment. These are exciting locations to be in and around.
Experience of CAFM systems would be advantageous as well.
Meetings with the end client will be regular and your input as to recommendations for the enhanced us of technology to support continuous developments, and performance improvements will help with future advances in service delivery.
Lifecyle of plant, looking at the PPM regime, and generating ideas for customer satisfaction also make up key components of this role.
