Commercial Gas / HVAC Engineer £55-£60k basic, plus good benefits, London / inside M25.

Basic Salary: £55 to 60k dep on experience plus overtime and No On call requirement.
Location: London inside M25
Hours: Monday – Friday 8am-5pm (1 hour for lunch) with occaisional overtime. The company operates a job finish policy so often Engineers who start early can finish early and are not expected to hang around site until 5pm.

Our client is a leading HVAC Service provider based in South London and due to growth they are looking to recruit an experienced Commercial Gas / HVAC Engineer to Join their team.

As the Combustion Engineer you will hold a minimum COCN1 / CODNCO1 and will have at least 5 years experience undertaking service, break downs and fault finding on a range of Commercial Boilers/Burners, alomg with more traditional HVAC systems in Commercial buildings, including but not limited to HIU's and Fan Coil Unitis on occaision.

Strong fault finding experience is essential in this role and you will be expected to carry out works on traditional Boiler plant equipment right through to more modern systems.

• Commercial Gas certificates:- CODNCO1 or COCN1,CCP1,ICAE1,CIGA1,TPCP1 &1A, ICPN1,CORT1,CDGA1
• Minimum 5 Years Industry Experience with Commercial Heating plant.
• Must live within the M25 and be happy to work in London
• Additional experience with HIU's, FCU's general HVAC Maintenance
• Full UK Driving License
• Strong fault finding skills with a 1st fix approach
• Worked in a similar role previously
• Electrical Qualifications such as 18th Ed. would be beneficial
