A World leading manufacturer in Worcestershire is looking to expand their team with an Electrical Design Engineer.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys being incolved with seeing projects through from start to finish.

There is an opportunity to develop new skills (such as PLC programming) if desired.

The job could be part time with hours/days to be discussed for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

• Executing the design, analysis, or evaluation of assigned projects using sound electrical engineering principles and product / program requirements. 
• Delivering products as part of a cross-functional, multidisciplinary team.
• Working closely with Control System Engineers and Mechanical Design Engineers to ensure thorough functionality and successful machine build.
• Specifies needs, communicates about project approach and presents outcomes of research done.
• Using existing designs / electrical schematics and BOM's to develop the company's range of machinery including turn-key installations.

Requirements:

• Electrical CAD Design Software
• A good understanding of electrical engineering associated with capital equipment
• Apply sound engineering skills to assist with the development and advancement of this company's current range of machinery.
