Position: Building Services Manager
Location: Huddersfield
Salary: £375 - £450 per day
The Company
This Building Services Manager's role is with one of the UK’s major main contractor's. They have established themselves as being one the leading main contractor's in the commercial, residential, public & interior sectors. They work on a diverse range of both new build and refurbishment schemes ranging in value from £500k to £50m. The current position is for an experienced Building Services Manager to join their interiors and refurbishment division working on schemes from £2m - £15m.
The Person
We are looking for a Building Services Manager who has experience in projects either in the public, retail, or commercial/financial services sector. You will be responsible for taking projects from pre-construction through delivery to handover and you will be responsible for managing all the MEP aspects of projects. A recognizable building services qualification is required along with the above experience. You may be managing more than one scheme depending on project values and complexity.
Ideally you will have an electrical background.

A competitive daily rate is on offer, and these will be long-term contracts. A flexible working arrangement is also available.
