Our well established client are looking to add a new member to their growing team based in Heckmondwike. Looking for someone who has plenty of experience in a parts advisor role as they would like someone who can hit the ground running in this position. This is a fulltime role which would offer further progression for the right person.

Job Responsibilities

• Working with both end client and trade mainly over the phone but also dealing in person.
• Responding promptly to any parts enquiries and upselling where possible.
• Building an excellent relationship with exiting and new trade clients.
• Reviewing stocks and re-ordering parts for stock and any orders on a daily basis.
• Logging any discrepancies with stock and following up deliveries.
• Achieving sales targets by promoting new parts in the industry.

Job Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Ideally past experience dealing with different brands.
• UK Driving licence and own transport.
• Excellent telephone manner.

Hours:

7:30 am – 4:30pm Mon – Thurs

7:30am – 1:15pm Friday
