Responsibilities

  1. Comply with all company Health and Safety, Quality, Environmental and Employee requirements, policies and procedures.
  2. Assemble and fit parts to form sub-assemblies, working at benches or directly on a machine structure.
  3. Assemble, fit and install parts and sub-assemblies such as jig’s, fixtures, pneumatics’, and other mechanical systems.
  4. Assembly, operation and maintenance of Robot cells
  5. Check assemblies for alignment, symmetry, dimensions, fit and work quality.
  6. Work on site to install equipment, test and operate
  7. Ensure the workplace always meets the companies housekeeping standards
  8. Carry out additional duties required to complete the assembly, operation and

Main tasks

  1. Read and interpret assembly diagrams.
  2. Working with Senior Engineers and Project Managers to fault find and commission machines and equipment
  3. Build to the appropriate quality standard and time allocated
  4. General machine shop experience and be able to use machines effectively – mill, drill, grind and turn.
  5. Be proactive and flexible with in the working environment and work under own initiative while working on site.

Cost – achieve estimated hours

Delivery – complete tasks to project deadlines

Housekeeping – Keeping a clean & safe working environment
