Our client is an international company and specialist in the provision of 3D BIM Models of MEP Building Services installations on large prestigious projects including: Sports Stadia, Hospitals, Commercial Office, Education, High End Luxury Residential, etc.
Due to expansion and a further increase in contracts awarded they are currently looking for candidates who wish to pursue a career or further develop their experience in Building Information Modelling (BIM) where training and mentoring will be offered working on interesting projects.
Candidates at Trainee level will be proficient in the use of AutoCAD and ideally be familiar with Revit. Possess qualifications in a construction related discipline (Building Services, Architectural Technology, Building & Construction, Mechanical & Electrical etc) with previous experience in producing technical drawings advantageous.
Intermediate candidates shall have at last 12 months experience in the production of Building Services models using Revit MEP, have a good understanding of M & E Building Services and familiar with co-ordination of services
