Job Title: Legionella Risk Assessor
Location: Milton Keynes, South Midlands.
Salary / Benefits £22k - £35k +Training +Benefits
Level of Experience: Trainee Legionella Risk Assessor through to Lead Legionella Risk Assessor
Profile: Our client is a reputable Legionella Consultancy who cover Industrial and commercial sites across the UK. Due to increases in workloads they are now seeking to employ a hardworking and motivated Legionella Risk Assessor based in and around the Milton Keynes area. The successful candidate will be able to confidently carry out Legionella Risk Assessments in line with HSG 274, ACOP L8 and HTM0401 guidelines across domestic hot/ cold through to more complex process and cooling systems. The ability to deliver external Legionella Awareness training is also beneficial to the role. In return the client can offer an attractive salary, company car and other excellent benefits.

Experience & Qualifications:
" Will hold an industry relevant qualification e.g., City and Guilds / WMSoc in Legionella Risk Assessment.
" Will have experience working for an established Legionella consultancy, covering a mixed portfolio of sites.
" Must have excellent working knowledge of HSG274 (Parts 1-3), ACOP L8 and HTM0401 guidelines.
" Able to demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills.
The Role:
" Managing own schedule and building strong working relationships with clients.
" Undertaking Risk Assessments on domestic and complex industrial water systems; working in accordance to industry guidelines.
" Delivering reports based on Risk Assessment findings, outlining risk level, remedial actions and ongoing compliance measures.
" Implementing control measures and sampling/ monitoring regimes.
" Delivering external Legionella Awareness training to clients as part of a rounded service.
" Carrying out PPM sampling and monitoring regimes.
