Our client, a university in South West London is looking to hire a proven Maintenance Electrician. This is a lovely role to join a large and close team of guys.
As the Maintenance Electrician, you will join a lovely established team that carry out the day to day maintenance of the university campus.
The successful Building Services Maintenance Engineer must be fully qualified to City and Guilds standard, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent and have the 18th edition. If you are not 18th edition, our client will support you to upgrade your papers.
As the Maintenance Electrician, you will carry out work that includes mainly PPMs on 3 phase power supply, lighting, power, sockets, floor boxes, fuse boards, and distribution boards.
This role is a lovely role which requires no call-out and is a comfortable environment to be in. There is minimal progression and is a standard day role.

- Days (flexible hours to suit you, 35 hours)
- 25 days holiday plus BH
- Pension matched to 6%
- Overtime
- Training and development to upskill electrical tickets.
This is a brilliant role for an experienced Maintenance Electrcian who is not looking for a manic site or progression.
