For more than 60 years they have developed the technology behind leading district heating solutions, amongst others, that have helped to revolutionise the energy sector. This outlay in both time and expertise ensures that customers have invested in the most energy efficient and sustainable transport of liquids and gases for district heating, as well as cooling, for the shipping, oil and gas industries. 

Originally born out of Denmark, employing over 1400 staff across 12 countries, the company is well represented internationally with an ambitious growth plan to further sales and supply of key products worldwide. The UK business is based out of Glossop and provides products and technical support to live projects nationally, working closely with Building Contractors, Consulting Engineers and Energy Providers.

With demand increasing, the appointment of a Technical Sales Engineer will provide much needed technical support to a growing UK customer base. With the emphasis firmly on technical rather than sales, the ideal candidate will have a mechanical engineering background and an understanding of heating and/or energy systems. Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly pick up bespoke internal design software are all important abilities to have, in order to hit the ground running.

Applications are invited from technically competent, client facing, Mechanical Engineers keen to further their careers in a fast paced and rewarding environment. This position could suit a Junior Mechanical Engineer looking for a route through to further career development, or a seasoned Technical Sales Engineer interested in new challenges and assisting in the wider NetZero agenda.

With the freedom to split your time between home and the office as required, this position also comes with a negotiable salary and a car allowance as some site visits may be required.
