Electrical Estimator

JBB Electrical are one of the leading companies providing controls and carrying out electrical installations for refrigeration and food companies throughout the UK. We have a well motivated team of designers, contracts managers, administrators, electricians and trainees.

Our contracts to date value from £50.00 to £950K

In order to continue our expansion we are creating a new position for a full time Estimator. 

Electrical Estimator role will involve:

• Working with our MD, Designers and Contracts Managers to improve our quoting system using our SEC estimation package. 
• Creating estimates for electrical installations, control panels and PLC works from Customers RFQs, SORs and specifications and from our contracts managers site surveys

You will need to have experience in the above and:

• Have an excellent knowledge of electrical design 
• Experience of estimating electrical work using SEC Cypher or Trimble software 
• Have good attention to detail with good mathematical bias
• Have experience in similar role
• Be a good team player and communicator
• Be able to meet tight deadlines when required 
• Have a UK driving Licence

We recognise that most estimators probably will not have experience in pricing control panels and PLCs. we will be able to provide training for this.
