Welder Fabricator

Activus Recruitment are seeking an experienced Welder / Fabricator to join our clients dedicated team in Methlick, Aberdeenshire.
Role:
Assist in the production and delivery of quality products to clients. The ideal candidate should have good communication and problem-solving skills, work to a high standard and be a good team player.
Qualifications / Training:
▪ Coding's: MIG, TIG & 3G in Flux Core welding techniques
▪ Time served / City & Guilds or equivalent or 8 years' experience.
▪ Welding to DNV Standard
Experience:
▪ Ideally we are looking for candidates with minimum 8 years fabrication & welding experience.
▪ Previous experience welding to DNV standards
Key duties;
▪ Welding/Fabrication – TIG/MIG and Flux Core Welding
▪ Ability to work from technical drawings and plans.
▪ Cut and fabricate material
▪ Experience working with Mild Steel, Stainless steel, Duplex & aluminum materials.
▪ Flexible attitude to working overtime
Rate: £16 – 19 / hour
