Our Client is one of the leading independent M&E Design and Building Contractors in the Yorkshire region, providing full building services, fire and security and renewable energy, pre construction and installation services nationally.

With a high profile project portfolio that has included major works for the likes of Channel 4, University of Leeds, as well as retailers such as Lidl and Asda, this well known and highly respected contractor has experienced rapid growth year on year with an annual t/o of circa £50m.

Working closely with the M&E Design Team, a seasoned MEP BIM Technician is required to take a leading role within the pre construction setup and create accurate Revit models for a range of buildings throughout the commercial, industrial, leisure, retail and education sectors. The successful candidate will be able to appropriately prioritise their project responsibilities and work under limited supervision, achieving deadlines and providing a flexible client face service.

Applications are invited from experienced Revit Technicians who have a proven track record of successfully driving Revit software and working closely with Mechanical and Electrical Design Engineers. A solid understanding of M&E services is important, working with colleagues across numerous departments to help deliver first class results. This position would best fit a strong Intermediate or Senior level operator looking to advance their career and work in an environment where everyone contributes - including the Directors. A passion for energy reduction and the NetZero agenda would also see you in good company.
