Job Title: Carpenter

Location: Central London & Within M25 Area

Salary: £1,000 to £2,000 Plus Per Week

The Pimlico Group are London's largest independent Service & Maintenance Company. Due to company expansion, we now have an immediate requirement for a fully qualified Domestic Carpenter to join our Commercial and Domestic divisions as a Franchisee

Working as a Franchisee for Pimlico gives you instant access to our Engineering Support team and our Call Centre. Our booking coordinators will book work in for you, at times that are suitable for you. Our Engineering Support team will help you with managing customer invoicing and completing paperwork

Focused in and around the M25 area, you will undertake domestic repair, maintenance, and refurbishment to a very high standard in top residential premises throughout central London with strong earning potential. We expect our Franchisees to be the best in the business, delivering exceptional work and an outstanding service to our extensive customer base, and foremost, you gain access to a consistent stream of work without having to invest your time and money into marketing and promoting your services. Essential Requirements:

• Have a full UK manual driving licence
• Have served a full trade apprenticeship
• Have the equivalent to 5 years post qualification work experience
• Have experience of high-end domestic repair, maintenance, and refurbishment
• Have experience pricing jobs
• Willing to work in and around Central London
• Must have exceptional customer service skills

Desired:

• Joinery experience

Qualifications:

• City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2 minimum
