Company:
UK division of a group of companies who deliver FM and Building Services Engineering solutions for commercial clients.

The Role:

You will be responsible for the planned and reactive maintenance of air-conditioning equipment (splits, VRV's, VRF's) in schools, colleges and commercial office buildings between Birmingham, Wolverhampton, Stoke and East Midlands
You will also carry out first line maintenance of mechanical services (AHU's, FCU's, basic plumbing).

The Person:
It is essential that you are a qualified air-conditioning engineer with current F gas cat 1 and have experience of working in a facilities management environment.

Salary and Package:
Basic £37,999 to £38,000 (40 hours per week)

Overtime rates of x1.5 and x2, call out allowance of c£100 per week (1 in 5)

8% pension

25 days holiday

Private use of van / 30 minutes travel each way.

40 hours per week.

2 days a year for paid charity leave

BUPA – individual

Life insurance – after 36 months service, 2/3 salary is paid including pension contributions until you are 65 (just life a critical illness insurance policy)
