Senior Electrical Engineer - Essex My client is currently searching for a Senior Electrical Engineer to work for one of  the leading Mechanical and Electrical engineering companies in Europe. As a Senior level Electrical Engineer you will be responsible for all Engineering activities that will be completed through a variety of projects. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete reviews of electrical design to identify design gaps and deviations in specific projects
• Complete technical assessments when required and technical issues are resolved accordingly
• Create and fulfil electrical technical submittals.
• track procurement and delivery of electrical equipment and complete the receipt verification process once the equipment is delivered.
• Monitor the progress within the overall construction programme and attend and record meetings
• Update and record progress on system trackers which are fully aligned with the construction schedule.
• Work with the design team and supply chain to guarantee the correct operation of the plant on site 
• Complete electrical system walk-downs to ensure systems are in operation with specifications and drawings.
• Compile test pack, FTOP’s and O&Ms and present for approval.
• Undertake client training in line with training plan.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Relevant degree in Electrical Engineering or similar
• Experience with LV and MV systems preferably within the building services sector
• 4+ Years as a project engineer with an electrical contractor
• Strong problem solving abilities
• Good mentoring abilities for graduate electrical engineers
