Project Manager - LondonSSA are currently recruiting for a Project Manager role for a very well renowned and experienced company that is one of the leading Mechanical and Electrical contractors in the UK. The candidate will be responsible for multiple construction projects for the company
Key Responsibilities:
• maintain programmes tracking against baselines for reports both internally and for client .
• Implement the Design Management process, to make sure on track with project requirements
• Create and orchestrate specific quality plans for the team down the line to follow and utilise
• Management of Health and Safety processes, ensuring safe systems are in place for working conditions
• and client relationship management and contract management
• Manage the projects of teams and ensure the accuracy of delivery
The Ideal Candidate:
- Relevant Degree essential
- 5+ years experience in a similar role essential
- Piping/HVAC and building services experience
- commercial minded with managerial skills
