An award winning developer is actively seeking a Site Manager to manage the landscaping package on one of the biggest residential developments in Europe.

This developer has gone from strength to strength over the past 10 years, becoming a sought after builder within the industry. They have a massive pipeline of work in the South East and require a strong Site Manager for the Landscaping package to join them. The scheme is part of a major regeneration of the local area and they will build over 3000 residential units. 

As a landscaping site manager, your duties will include:

• Managing the landscaping contractor
• Overseeing the whole package which will include deep drainage
• Managing the ground floor, level 13, 18 and 35
• Reporting into the project manager
• Drive on the package

This is a long term contract, with a massive pipeline of work in London you will have the opportunity to move onto other schemes if you do well. 

To be considered for this role, you must have previous experience managing landscaping packages. We are open to someone coming from a subcontractor background or main contractor. Longevity with previously employers is also a must.
