We design, supply, and install a very wide range of audio & audiovisual systems for many types of commercial organisations, across lots of market sectors (corporate offices / leisure & entertainment / public / retail). Our work includes technically innovative, bespoke and large-scale AV projects for high-profile clients, such as the BBC, NHS, wellknown retail and high-end fitness brands, hotels, showrooms and many more.

Due to continued success in growing our existing client base, and an increasing number of AV service & maintenance contracts, we are seeking to recruit a Business Development Manager with a proven track record in this field. You will be a key member of the business, playing a core role in the generation of revenue, and customer advocacy.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced account manager / salesperson to join a successful company selling unique audiovisual solutions. As an AV Account Manager & BDM you will:

Maintain regular and close contact with our existing and previous clients (account
management), across various market verticals (corporate sector; leisure and entertainment; boutique fitness; bespoke projects), staying abreast of any developments in their organisations, looking for opportunities to improve or expand our services to them
ii) actively seek out new opportunities and assist the pre-sales team to convert
these to sales

You will sell in a consultative way, working closely with our technical pre-sales team / systems designers, to provide bespoke solutions that deliver the clients' business objectives that are unique to their organisation, selling total solutions (design, supply, install, training of end-users, and then postinstall support).
As well as new solution selling, you will also have the opportunity to sell support and maintenance contracts, backed up by the excellent in-house service team, which includes remote technical support and field engineers.

Our projects are approx. 80%+ based in Central London. The type of projects are very wide ranging; our bread-and-butter is in value-add, high quality corporate AV & videoconferencing, unified communications and collaboration solutions etc., but we also regularly deliver projects across multiple exciting areas of specialism, including bespoke fitness, and end user testing facilities.

The vast majority of our work is fixed installs, rather than events work. With a strong client base, this is an excellent opportunity to tap into a very significant pool of current
and past clients to maximise current sales opportunities, as well as to further develop the territory by finding new customers.

There are excellent opportunities to earn high levels of commission, with an uncapped commission
structure, plus benefits.
Basic Salary circa £35k doe, OTE £50k+ uncapped.
