International Contractor, Major Projects

We are very excited to be working with a top tier Irish M&E Contractor, who operate on an International scale delivering major projects throughout the Pharmaceutical, Industrial, Commercial and Data Centre Sectors across Ireland, the Uk and Mainland Europe.

Whats The Role?

Due to the companies ongoing success across the market, they are now on the lookout for skilled BIM Modeller to join their team in Cork

Your responsibilities will include:

• working under the BIM Lead, delivering all 3D and 2D co-ordination milestones on each project.
• the production of 2D/3D BIM Models to meet project requirements.
• collaboration with the wider design team, BIM management team, and Engineers on Site where needed.
• Ensuring that detailed model files are co-ordinated and clash free by clashing against federated model on a constant basis.

Do You Fit The Bill?

We are searching for candidates who:

• hold a degree in an MEP background or a BIM Specific qualification.
• have experience in a BIM Technician / BIM Modeller position, ideally working on MEP projects.
• have experience collaborating with larger BIM teams, Engineers and other team members to deliver projects.
• Ideally have experience working on larger scale projects in the commercial, industrial, manufacturing, pharmaceutical or other.
