We are currently partnered with a multidisciplinary BIM design practice who are offering a fantastic opportunity for someone enthusiastic about BIM to adopt a key position as a Junior BIM Coordinator within a well established practice.

Our client who are a Tier one MEP contractor who have participated in the completion of a number of landmark projects and maintain a strong relationship with many of the UK's top contractors and architects.

The role will suit someone who is keen on developing a career in BIM, as it offers an opportunity to occupy a key role within a business that has displayed a strong history in the sector and promises to progress well, with new work being regularly secured.

What the role involves:

• Managing live projects.
• Reviewing and checking federated BIM Models
• Clash Detection
• Information Management
• COBie, Asset Management 
• Ensuring BIM Compliance with BEP and PAS-1192
• Managing the BIM activity of Subcontractors on site.

Requirements:

• Need to have a good understanding of ISO-19650
• Proficiency in Revit, Revizto and Navisworks
• Ideally from an Architectural or MEP background, but other disciplines will be considered as well.
