  • Your role will be to provide excellent service and support to our instruments and customers. This includes preventive maintenance, safety repairs, installing, upgrading, and qualifying instruments such as IQ/OQ.
  • You will be working primarily with a key account based in Stevenage. To a lesser extent, you will also be expected to service other customers in the local area.
  • You will also resolve issues through hardware and software troubleshooting. With a focus on customer satisfaction, you will communicate with customers via email and telephone to ensure resolution and follow-up.
  • You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of the performance data of the equipment, service records, and the stock of spare parts.
  • You will work with colleagues in the wider UK sales team to ensure customer needs are met.
