What the role will entail;
We are looking for a Nature Based Solutions Design Lead with proven technical capacity and business acumen to join our water team.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop a pipeline of projects linking wastewater treatment to reuse in a sustainable way. Specific work includes outline and detailed design of projects within a collaborative capital delivery environment and feasibility/optioneering/scoping studies.

Role Requirements:
- Take the role of technical lead on nature-based solution projects, or programmes of smaller projects, where appropriate.
- Champion Nature Based Solutions to UK&I Water Clients externally, and AECOM stakeholders internally.
- Mentor Design Engineers to promote their technical and professional development.
- Manage a team of Design Engineers to complete design aspects of project delivery.
- Carry out the technical checking of work.
- Assist in preparation of proposals to clients.
