We are currently seeking to appoint a highly skilled HVAC Manager/Supervisor specialising in Installation, Test, and Set to Work. The ideal candidate will oversee and manage all aspects of HVAC installation projects, ensuring they are completed efficiently, safely, and in accordance with industry standards and client requirements.

The successful jobholder will be expected to: 

•  Lead and manage HVAC installation projects from start to finish, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and budget management.
• Supervise and coordinate the installation of HVAC systems, including ductwork, piping, equipment, and controls, ensuring compliance with design specifications, codes, and safety standards.
•  Oversee the testing, start-up, and commissioning of HVAC systems to verify proper installation, functionality, and performance.
•  Implement quality control measures to ensure workmanship meets or exceeds industry standards and client expectations
•  Provide leadership, direction, and guidance to installation crews, subcontractors, and other team members to ensure efficient project execution and adherence to project timelines.
• Train and mentor team members on proper installation techniques, safety protocols, and equipment operation to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding installation progress, issues, and concerns, ensuring open communication and timely resolution of any issues
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including installation records, test reports, commissioning documentation, and project progress reports.
• Enforce safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment, identify potential hazards, and mitigate risks associated with HVAC installation activities.
•  Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost savings, and efficiency enhancements in HVAC installation practices and procedures.
