Manufacturing Engineer

Job Description
- Collaboration with cross functional teams on continuous improvement and MAE projects to support business requirements.
- Assist in the creation of PFMEA’s and generating appropriate actions where required.
- Assisting in establishing output targets based on machine cycle times and operator activity times ensuring continuous improvement in processes and improving manufacturing quality by reduction in process variations.
- Developing process documentation to be utilised by the machine shop personnel.
- Liaising & management of subcontractors & ensuring safe working practices.
- Participate in value stream workshops and assist in implementation projects.
- Management of Plant Layout master drawing.
- Liaise with supplier representatives and manufacturers on various production support equipment to identify solutions for improvement opportunities and establish technical specifications.
