Inspire Resourcing Ltd are on the lookout for a hands-on, problem-solving Field Service Engineer who enjoys variety, autonomy, and getting stuck into both electrical and mechanical work.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing engineering team where no two days are the same. You’ll play a key role in keeping vital fluid handling systems running smoothly for a diverse range of customers.

From fault-finding on control panels to servicing pumps and associated systems, you’ll be the person our clients rely on when things need sorting - fast and professionally.

You’ll mainly cover the Southern region of the UK, with overnight stays kept to a minimum wherever possible.

The client:

You’ll be interacting with a wide range of clients including supermarkets, schools, manufacturing sites, and hospitals this means professionalism and great communication skills are a must.

The Role:

• Carrying out servicing, maintenance & remedial work
• Diagnosing and resolving faults across electrical & mechanical systems
• Working on pumps, control panels and fluid handling equipment
• Building strong relationships with customers on-site
• Spotting opportunities for additional work (and earning commission for it)

The Package:

• 💰 £34,000 – £42,000 DOE
• 💸 Commission on additional recommended work
