Project Engineer / Manager

£45,000 - £55,000 + Car/Allowance + Bonus + 33 Days Holidays

Project Engineer / Manager - The Role:

• Full project life cycle from design to delivery

• To manage all relevant disciplines throughout the contract duration ensuring that project budgets, programme durations and technical details are to agreed specifications

• Communication of technical, commercial and programme details to relevant staff

• Quote for new work working to customer/user requirement specifications

• Design and build process and packaging equipment systems to appropriate legal and customer standards

• Procure and schedule materials and labour

• Supervise internal and external labour resources

• Liaise with colleagues, customers, suppliers, and subcontractors

• Ensure projects are handled professionally and that all contractors, suppliers and personnel work with due regard to all CDM and HASAW procedures

• Managing the budget for projects and ensure that as a minimum, projects achieve targeted profitability

Project Engineer / Manager - The Person:

• Prior Project Engineering experience in capital equipment projects

• Knowledge of items of capital plant and equipment appropriate to the food, dairy or beverage industries beneficial

• Knowledge and experience of all Health & Safety and CDM regulations

• Experience of AutoCAD and other drawing software

• Full UK driving licence

This role is based in the Nottinghamshire and is commutable from within and around Sheffield, Lincoln, Worksop and Mansfield areas.
