Mechanical Project Manager – Join a Leading Design & Build Engineering Contractor

An experienced Mechanical Project Manager is sought to end user projects in London for a well-established design and build engineering contractor. With a history dating back to 1971, the company specializes in integrated engineering services, delivering high-quality mechanical and electrical solutions across various sectors.

The focus is on plant replacement and infrastructure projects for end users and PQSs (excluding data centres), with project values ranging from £5,000 to £1.5 million (M&E). While you will have support from the wider team, this is not a leadership position—rather, it’s an opportunity to take ownership of estimating within an established contracting business.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience managing multi-disciplined mechanical services installations, preferably in the commercial sector. Responsibilities include programming, technical submittals, procurement, subcontractor and labour management, cost control, progress reporting, health and safety compliance, project and programme implementation, design and drawing comprehension, technical and progress meetings, site inspections, snagging, and compilation of O&M manuals.

This company offers a competitive salary of £70,000 - £80,000 + travel, along with a negotiable package.

If you have the necessary qualifications and a proven track record of technical and financial success in mechanical project management, apply now by sending your CV.
