Position: Office Administrator (Fire & Security)
Location: Birmingham – Office-Based
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Overview:
We’re seeking a motivated and well-organised Office Administrator to join our clients lively and supportive team based in Birmingham. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a busy, people-focused role and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver friendly and professional support to clients and guests visiting the office.

  • Provide essential administrative support to the operations team, ensuring daily service tasks are completed efficiently.

  • Assist in end-of-process duties, acting as a final checkpoint after engineers have completed their scheduled work.

  • Maintain and update internal systems, including uploading documents, verifying certifications, and keeping customer spreadsheets current.

  • Manage incoming communications — phone calls and emails — from both internal colleagues and external stakeholders.

  • Work collaboratively with team members to improve internal processes and drive day-to-day efficiency.

Note: Duties may evolve depending on business needs.
