I’m working with a forward-thinking civil and structural design consultancy in Nottingham that’s genuinely challenging the traditional engineering model. This business puts flexibility, sustainability, and well-being at the centre of everything they do – and they’re now looking for a Civil Engineer to join their team.

The role:

You’ll play a key role in the design and delivery of civil engineering projects across a wide range of sectors. This includes leading design work, mentoring junior engineers, and working closely with clients and collaborators to deliver high-quality, sustainable outcomes.

What they’re looking for:

  • Experience in infrastructure and drainage design.
  • Strong technical knowledge and creative problem-solving
  • Confidence using modern design software such as Civil 3D/Site 3D, Flow, MicroDrainage.
  • A collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills
  • A passion for sustainable, forward-thinking engineering
