THE ROLE
- Spearhead new product launches and optimise existing lines with technical expertise.
- Dive in as a hands-on engineer, troubleshooting equipment alongside assemblers.
- Design tooling, fixtures, and processes to skyrocket quality and efficiency.
- Drive lean manufacturing and 5S systems to revolutionize productivity.
- Partner with teams to ensure Design for Manufacturability and flawless production.
- Mentor colleagues, spark innovation, and uphold a safe, organized workplace.
- Qualifications: BSc/HNC in engineering (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: Proven expertise in manufacturing engineering, lean principles, and data-driven problem-solving.
- Skills: Mastery of materials, mechanics, and processes (CNC, forging, assembly). Advanced Excel and ERP skills
