Engineering Graduate / Student

Type: Full-Time - Graduate Opportunity

About Us:

Our client is a leading manufacturer serving global industries with high-performance precision engineering solutions. We are loking for a highly motivated recent graduate to play a key role in developing and enhancing our ERP/MRP systems.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience within a manufacturing environment, working on real-world projects that drive operational efficiency and business improvement.

The Role:

Working closely with our Engineering, IT, and Manufacturing teams, you will support the development and implementation of our ERP/MRP system — focusing on Bills of Materials (BOMs), routings, and product costing. You’ll also play a crucial role in the rollout of shop floor data collection systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and implement Bills of Materials and manufacturing routing data
  • Audit current ERP/MRP and costing systems
  • Observe and analyse manufacturing processes
  • Liaise with IT and Engineering teams to prepare and verify data
  • Upload data into ERP/MRP systems and ensure accuracy
  • Support the implementation of shop floor data collection systems

About You:

We’re looking for a proactive and enthusiastic individual with:

  • A good understanding of mechanical/manufacturing engineering
  • Knowledge of CNC & manual machining processes (lathes, milling, etc.)
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
  • Awareness of ERP/MRP systems, BOMs, routings, and costing principles
  • Strong IT skills — particularly in databases and spreadsheets
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Why Join Us?

  • Gain practical, project-based experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Work on a business-critical ERP/MRP transformation project
  • Exposure to multiple departments and real-world engineering challenges
  • Develop skills that are highly valued in industry
  • Supportive and collaborative working environment

To Apply:

If you’re an ambitious engineering student or recent graduate with a passion for manufacturing processes and systems development, we’d love to hear from you.
