Director of Building Services - £110 to £130K
Established over 50 years ago, this Building Services Consultancy has consistently punched above their weight in terms of projects.
With 55 MEP Design Engineers located from two UK offices; they are trusted by some of London's largest developers, project managers and blue-chip clients.
Why?
Because they consistently deliver a level of detail, that other consultancies are just not able to produce.
They have a tried and tested business model which encourages innovation and has allowed them to build up almost £20M in retained profit.
Offering a clear path to Managing Director, this is a unique opportunity. It has only been created due to the up coming retirement of the current M&E Partner.
Having visited the office myself, you get an insight into their culture. People look happy, they were all interacting with each other and the office had a really good energy about it.
As a Director of Building Services, you'll be involved in a range of high-profile commercial offices, hotels, retail and complex industrial projects.
You won't be micromanaged and enjoy full autonomy over your team and projects.
In addition to a salary in the region of £110 - £130K, they also offer.
- Hybrid working, 3 days in the office and two from home
- Annual profit share
- 25 days leave
- Clear bonuses based on the profit you personally generate (can be up to 40% bonus)
- 5% pension
- Clear path to Managing Director.
