We are a globally recognised manufacturer, known for our commitment to innovation, quality, and precision. With a large team of engineers and a focus on continuous improvement, we are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to drive efficiency, quality, and compliance across our production processes.

As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will:
✔ Optimise and improve manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and product quality.
✔ Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in a highly controlled environment.
✔ Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, production, and quality engineering.
✔ Implement automation and lean manufacturing principles to drive continuous improvement.
✔ Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to minimise downtime.
✔ Support capital investment projects, introducing new equipment and technologies.

✅ Experience as a Manufacturing Engineer in a highly regulated industry (e.g., medical devices, pharmaceuticals, aerospace).
✅ Strong knowledge of process improvement, lean manufacturing, and automation.
✅ A problem-solving mindset with a focus on quality and compliance.
✅ Ability to work collaboratively in a large engineering team.
✅ A relevant engineering qualification (HNC/HND/Degree).
