Job Title: Flexographic Print Field Service Engineer
Location: Field-Based (UK) & Occasional International Travel Required
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 Bonus & Overtime
We are working in partnership with a global market leader in narrow web flexographic printing equipment, delivering innovative printing solutions worldwide. Due to continued growth and success, they are now searching for a Field Service Engineer to join their Field Service Team.
Within the role, this person will; provide technical support, training, both mechanical and electrical fault finding repair, machinery installation, and product demonstrations. The role involves extensive travel and requires strong experience in printing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform print tests, troubleshoot and resolve printing issues.
- Provide training sessions for end users.
- Full machinery installations.
- Conduct product demonstrations for customers.
- Collaborate with customers and internal teams to address printing concerns.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a field service engineer within the Digital Print Industry (narrow web preferred not essential).
- Strong electro-mechanical fault-finding and repair skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Valid UK driving licence.
- Live within commutable distance of an airport and willing to travel up to 90% of the time within UK.
