8am start & 5pm finish Monday to Friday

Duties

ERP Ordering System Admin – Internal user support, creating/amending product codes/details, mass edits, adding suppliers, running purchasing/stock/back-order reports & creating reports.

Sales CRM system - admin & internal support

Purchasing – duties including and not limited to: general admin, managing email inbox, costing for customer enquiries, placing daily purchase orders including negotiating prices where relevant & chasing supplier ETA’s and back orders.

You will be on the phone & using IT systems each day. Purchasing 1000's of product lines from suppliers and you will be an important part of the team, helping in the day-to-day operations of this growing department. You must be organised and a good communicator.
