Your tasks

• Maintain machinery in an orderly condition according to the Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) schedule.
• Repair first line to fix to enable production to continue.
• Work with machine downtime (OEE) data to identify and implement improvements for increased uptime and collaborate with production teams.
• Minimise the costs of maintenance by optimising the use of resources and implementing cost-effective solutions.
• Participate in the improvements of machine operation, production process, standards and company procedures.
• Engage in various project activities related to machinery upgrades, installations, and modifications.
• Provide technicial advice when required.
• Mentoring of apprentices by sharing knowledge and best practice to develop their skills.

Your Profile

• ONC/ HNC or Equivalent with Electronics/ Electrical or Engineering background
• 3-5 work experience in similar role
• Understanding of Production requirements, Siemens and TIA PLC programs
• To communicate effectively at all levels
• Have the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
• Able to travel through Brose group as required
