Civil Drainage Engineer
Our client is seeking a skilled Civil Drainage Engineer to join their team in Derbyshire. This is an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects across the UK, with a focus on delivering innovative, efficient, and sustainable solutions. The successful candidate will have experience in drainage design, flood risk assessments (FRA), drainage strategies, and Sustainable Drainage Systems (SuDS).
Key Responsibilities:
·Design and implementation of drainage systems for a variety of infrastructure projects.
·Conducting Flood Risk Assessments (FRA) and preparing drainage strategies to meet regulatory standards.
·Planning and designing SuDS to align with sustainability goals.
·Supporting project delivery by preparing technical reports and ensuring compliance with design standards.
Ideal Candidate Experience:
·Proficiency in drainage design and knowledge of design approval processes.
·Working knowledge of Causeway Design Suite / PDS / Flow.
·Familiarity with highway design and approvals is a bonus.
·Experience with earthwork modelling is advantageous but not essential.
