Our client is a thriving FM Service Provider with an extensive focus in the hard services sector. Due to numerous contract awards and a further strong pipeline, it is looking to hire an experienced Project Manager in London.
As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering a variety of small works projects (£50-200k). Most of these projects fall within M&E, so upgrades, replacements, and refurbishments etc. You will typically have around 5-7 projects on the go at any one time, alongside new proposals.
The successful Project Manager must have a proven track record in a similar role, you must have excellent communication and organisational skills. You will report into a Senior Project Manager and work within a team of 3 other PMs.
Our client is offering:
- Up to £70,000 (dep on exp)
- Travel allowance £5,000
