Job Title: CNC CELL LEADER MILL/TURN
Shift: 38 hours per week, 5 Days per Week, Monday to Friday 06:00am – 14:00pm
Rate: £38,000 - £40,000 p/h
The Job
- Setting, operating and programming a variety of CNC mill/turn machining centres to produce fixtures and fittings, preferably in a highly compliant environment working to tight tolerances
- Speeds and feeds for different raw materials; controls; programming; safety and in-depth tooling knowledge
- FANUC / Mazatrol control language and HyperMill programming
- Lean Manufacturing and CI strategies
- CMM inspection and manual measuring capabilities
Requirements
- Lead, motivate and assess performance & identify training needs
- Engineering qualification from City and Guilds / HNC or similar
