Central London, WC1

As a Structural Engineer, have you hit a glass ceiling in your current company? Wouldn't it be great to be joining a practice early on in their development?

A place where the career progression opportunities are endless. Somewhere you can be part of forming and eventually leading a new team. Where you'll get support towards chartership (if you haven't already achieved it!)

The opportunity

You'll be joining forces with an established and highly-reputable multi-discipline consultancy at the beginning of their structural engineering journey. Working closely with the Director, a chartered structural engineer, and another senior engineer you'll work on a wide range of projects mostly involving existing buildings across London - refurbishments, change of use, some non-intrusive surveys, and more.

New-build projects range from large scale residential schemes on behalf of leading developers, to unique bespoke houses between £1-2m in value.

The design arm of the team is growing, so if you're looking to have a more varied role encompassing both design and survey/report, this is an ideal opportunity.

What else?

You'll be given the opportunity to network and develop business with architects, contractors, and developers as your hone your commercial skills further. Hybrid working is on offer, so you'll likely be in the office (Tottenham Court Road) 2-3 times a week, with the rest from home if you choose.
