Your key responsibilities:
  • Solve manufacturing challenges to address internal and external process issues, ensuring a zero-harm safety culture.
  • Lead the development and implementation of new manufacturing equipment and processes to enable our NPI (New Product Introduction) and continuous improvement programs.
  • Develop new product processes from concept to prototyping, through product launch, and into volume manufacturing.
  • Collaborate with designers to ensure products are optimized for manufacture, achieving high-yield, cost-efficient solutions.

Your qualifications and experience:
  • Demonstrated problem-solving expertise, with the ability to identify and resolve root causes of unknown technical challenges.
  • Degree in Engineering, Science, Manufacturing, or a related field, or extensive equivalent experience.
  • Background in roles such as Launch Engineer, NPI Engineer, Project Engineer, Process Engineer, Advanced Manufacturing Engineer, or similar. Diverse industry experience is welcome - it's your problem-solving ability that counts.
