Your key responsibilities:
- Solve manufacturing challenges to address internal and external process issues, ensuring a zero-harm safety culture.
- Lead the development and implementation of new manufacturing equipment and processes to enable our NPI (New Product Introduction) and continuous improvement programs.
- Develop new product processes from concept to prototyping, through product launch, and into volume manufacturing.
- Collaborate with designers to ensure products are optimized for manufacture, achieving high-yield, cost-efficient solutions.
Your qualifications and experience:
- Demonstrated problem-solving expertise, with the ability to identify and resolve root causes of unknown technical challenges.
- Degree in Engineering, Science, Manufacturing, or a related field, or extensive equivalent experience.
- Background in roles such as Launch Engineer, NPI Engineer, Project Engineer, Process Engineer, Advanced Manufacturing Engineer, or similar. Diverse industry experience is welcome - it's your problem-solving ability that counts.
