Position: Welding Inspector
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections of welding work to ensure compliance with quality standards and project specifications.
- Verify the integrity of pipe welding, particularly in shipyard settings.
- Report findings and recommend corrective actions for any non-conformities.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to maintain consistent quality control.
- Ensure all safety protocols and best practices are followed during inspections.
Requirements:
- CSWIP 3.1 Welding Inspector certification is highly desirable.
- Proven experience in pipe welding inspection.
- A background in shipyard or refinery environments is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of welding standards and techniques.
- Effective communication and reporting skills.
