Key Responsibilities:
- Repair of motors, pumps, gearboxes, fans and other rotating equipment
- Rewinding AC & DC motors/armatures
- Reporting and logging of work done into our job control system
- Identifying route cause analysis
- To assist with training and development of engineering apprentices
Salary and benefits:

Ideal Candidate:
- Recognised apprenticeship in electro-mechanical engineering
- 10 - 15 years plus experience in the motor / pump repair industry
- Knowledge of limits & fits
- Ability to mentor others
- Computer literate
- Full UK driving licence
- Well organised and able to work on own aptitude
- Sound engineering knowledge and a positive attitude
