Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for a Mobile Multi Skilled HVAC Engineer to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.

We are looking for a Mobile Multi Skilled HVAC Engineer who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.

As the Mobile Multi Skilled HVAC Engineer, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.

The Mobile Multi Skilled HVAC Engineer, will be responsible for:

• Undertaking the maintenance and repair of air conditioning equipment.
• This includes service, maintenance, and repair of split AC systems, VRV/VRF systems and heat pumps.
• You may also be required to work on specific refrigeration equipment such as chilled cabinets / multideck or ice machines. 
• You will have the opportunity to work across a variety of manufacturer plants, for example, Daikin, Mitsubishi, Media, Toshiba, and LG.
• Understanding installation designs and bespoke manufacturer trouble shooting procedures, whilst also being comfortable with seeking manufacturer technical support autonomously is desirable.
• You will be expected to complete all work-related documentation accurately and on time, keeping logs of inspections reports and remedial work. 

To be successful for this Mobile Multi Skilled HVAC Engineer role you must have:

• City & Guilds level with experience within a maintenance / facilities management environment.
• You should be committed to the delivery of excellent customer service.
• You should have a good understanding of current Health & Safety legislation and building Statutory Compliance and be able to apply this to the role.
• It is essential you can carry tools and equipment by hand of up to 20kg.
• Be able to ascend/descend vertical access equipment.
• Work at heights.
• Available to join a call out rota
• Hold a full UK driving license.
